What's the difference between an Agent and a User?

Agents are your IT staff, developers, security engineers, and support personnel who resolve tickets. Users are employees who submit requests. You only pay per agent — user access is included in the agent pricing.

How is my tier determined?

Your tier is automatically assigned based on the number of agents: Starter (5–25 agents), Professional (26–50 agents), Enterprise (50+ agents). Upgrading is seamless as your team grows.

Can agents come from different departments?

Yes! Agents can be from IT, Cyber Security, DevOps, Product, HR, Finance, Infrastructure, or any department. Each agent is assigned a department when created.

What is Multi-Tenant?

Multi-Tenant allows you to manage multiple companies (holdings) under a single platform with full data isolation. Each company can have its own business units, users, and tickets.

How does the AI work?

Our AI uses GPT-4o-mini to parse natural language requests into structured tickets, auto-classify priority and category, and provide smart suggestions for resolution.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. Your tier upgrades automatically as you add more agents. You can also move from Starter to Professional or Enterprise at any time. Your data and configuration are preserved during the upgrade.

What SSO providers are supported?

We support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) via OIDC. Auto-provisioning creates user accounts on first login with configurable role and department mapping.
